All sales are final on energy frequencies, however you have 14 days to contact HEALTHYGLOW.shop to facilitate a return on any unopened physical products.

Please note, returns without a return authorization code will not be accepted. To submit your refund request, email your:

1. First and last name
2. Date of purchase
3. Address
4. Reason for return

• Guarantee applies to purchases made through www.healthyglow.shop only
• You must be able to verify that purchase was made through www.healthyglow.shop
• Return request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
• Allow 5-7 business days for the return process to be completed
• When the refund is approved, un opened bottles must be returned to HEALTHYGLOW.shop in the original packaging at the expense of the buyer before receipt of refund
• We cannot accept returns on products that have been used
• Refunds are returned to the form of payment used and may take up to 10 days to be seen on your account
